Vicar and Minister at Christchurch
Marc Baker
Marc is responsible for overall leadership of the church family and our congregations.
Marc became a Christian as a teenager when he became convinced about the significance of the death of Jesus.
Marc is married to Sheryl and they have three children: Jack, Henry and Ethan.
Marc is committed to local church leadership having previously led churches in Liverpool and Cheltenham. Marc enjoys nothing more than having friends round for food, a good pint or watching West Ham lose again.
Minister for St Kea
Hugh Barne
Hugh is married to Grace and they have three lively sons. They moved to Cornwall from Reading in July 2021.
It wasn't until his teenage years that Hugh realised who Jesus claimed to be, and how compelling those claims were.
Hugh trained and worked as a Landscape Architect before moving across to full time Christian ministry.
As a family they enjoy the outdoors, live music and reading books.
Minister for St John’s and Associate Minister
Will Harwood
Will has currently stepped back from ministry. For any pastoral or ministry enquiries during this period, please contact Marc Baker at marcb@stkea.org.uk.
Will was ordained in Truro Cathedral in 2019, joining St Kea as curate after training at Wycliffe Hall, and was appointed to St John's in 2022. Before ordination he taught secondary Science for 14 years.
Church Office Manager
Vicki cooper
Vicki is Church Office Manager. She is responsible for helping us deliver on the plans which God has laid out for us in the vision and works with all areas of our church.
Her background is in education having been a primary school teacher, and manager of a charity Preschool in Berkshire.
Vicki, her husband Simon and two children Thea and Jago moved to Cornwall in Nov 2020, to the house that her husband grew up in! Vicki grew up in a Christian family, was an active member of her church in Berkshire and joined Kea Truro in December 2020.
Christians Against Poverty Manager
Natalie Gavan
Natalie is responsible for leading Christians Against Poverty in Truro.
Natalie started to attend St Kea in 1996 and became a Christian a couple of years later after realising she was forgiven and experiencing God’s love grace and mercy. Natalie has a huge passion for evangelism and can’t wait to see what God does next.
Natalie is married to Matt and they have two grown up children.

Became a Christian at a summer camp when I was 10 and have loved following Jesus ever since. Grew up in West Sussex and spent 14 years living in Oxfordshire before moving to Cornwall with wife Erica and daughter Ibby in 2020. Love all things sport - watching or playing.
Church Administrator
Debs Stanhope
Debs is our Church Administrator. She is responsible for the general day to day running of the Church Office.
Debs moved to Cornwall in 2009 and is married to Tim. They have two children: Henry and Nell.
When she is not working in the office you will also find Debs leading worship at Christ Church in Truro.
She also enjoys meeting up with friends for a cuppa and a yummy piece of cake!

Millie Burroughs
Heard about Jesus through my family but really began to follow him about 17. Grew up in Essex and moved about a bit, eventually coming to Cornwall in 2021 with my sister Annie. Since then I met and married Davo. Like being in the sea and painting nails.

Born in Boston, Massachusetts where my parents were church planting. Blessed to be a part of a family of Jesus followers and I cannot remember a time I didn't believe. Lived in Oxfordshire before moving to Cornwall in 2020 with husband Sam and daughter Ibby. I love my crazy sprocker.
