Christians Against Poverty - Part time debt coachThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for working with those in debt and for sharing the Christian faith. The successful candidate will be able to: Support clients on their journey to becoming debt free through home visits and ongoing support Work alongside our CAP Centre Manager to support the work of the centre Maintain accurate record systems and co-ordinate with CAP volunteer Positively reflect the Christian faith and the core values of Christian Against Poverty
The role is well supported, and is part of a close-knit staff team, with monthly supervision, training provision as appropriate, and regular staff meetings. As the post is based within a gospel-teaching Christian church, the post-holder will be required to understand and appreciate the Christian faith in order to carry out the role, and a DBS check will be required as the post-holder will be working with vulnerable adults. Hours: 8 hours per week, across two four-hour sessions. Working days are negotiable.
