Children
We give children and young people top priority at Kea. Our main activity for children is on Sunday mornings at The Connection 9.30 am. 
While the adults remain in church, the children go out to the following groups:
Xstream for age 8-11
Splash! for age 5-8
Bubbles for age 3-5
Youth group for age 11-14 (older teenagers stay in church)
There is also a creche for the very youngest.
The groups give children an age-appropriate experience of church. There are activities and games, and each week they learn something from a Bible story or verse.
Once a month there are no groups, and instead we all worship together in a specially designed all-age service, with something for everyone!
Heather Alford and Alice Bush organise the children's activities with the support of an amazing team of volunteers.
New children are always welcome!
Wendy Barrows works in our local primary schools, with drama and stories from the Bible.
